Dr. Jörg Köbke

Jörg Köbke studied German, Spanish and Education in Kiel, Madrid, Lille, Munich and Berlin, where he completed his teaching internship. After receiving his doctorate, he worked as an editor in various publishing companies as well as a teacher in adult education before he founded LehrCare in 2007. As Managing Director, he is also responsible for customer care.
Petra Falkenthal

Petra Falkenthal studied German and social sciences in Aachen and Berlin. Among other things, she has long focused on administration and personnel management. Since July 2018 she has been working for Lehrcare as assistant to the management and is the contact person for advertising customers.
Patrizio Lanzillotta
Recruitment Consultant
After completing his commercial training and many years of professional experience, Mr. Lanzillotta works in the trainer and training staff. The focus was on developing the skills of the specialists and networking them across the region. He has been a recruiter at LehrCare since September 2021.
Dorottya Tóth
Junior Recruiter
After successfully completing her degree in psychology, Ms. Tóth initially gained professional experience as an HR Project Manager in her home country, Hungary. She worked in both recruitment consulting and temporary staffing. Since September 2025, she has been strengthening the LehrCare team as a Junior Recruiter.
Svenja Klingen
Recruiting Assistant
Ms. Klingen completed her Bachelor's degree in Nutritional Science at the University of Potsdam, where she is currently enrolled in the Master's program in the same field. After gaining initial professional experience in customer service, she has been supporting LehrCare as a Recruiting Assistant since early 2025.
