Dr. Jörg Köbke

Jörg Köbke studied German, Spanish and Education in Kiel, Madrid, Lille, Munich and Berlin, where he completed his teaching internship. After receiving his doctorate, he worked as an editor in various publishing companies as well as a teacher in adult education before he founded LehrCare in 2007. As Managing Director, he is also responsible for customer care.

Petra Falkenthal studied German and social sciences in Aachen and Berlin. Among other things, she has long focused on administration and personnel management. Since July 2018 she has been working for Lehrcare as assistant to the management and is the contact person for advertising customers.
Ilsa Schäfer
Senior Recruitment Consultant, Focus on general secondary schools
After completing her teacher training and traineeship at a specialist publishing house for education management, Ms Schäfer taught at private and public schools and also took on teaching assignments in teacher training at the FU Berlin. Since 2011, she has been working in personnel management - including as HR manager - specialising in recruiting. Mrs Schäfer has been working for LehrCare in the field of recruiting and research for 8 years.

Ilsa Schäfer
Senior Recruitment Consultant Schwerpunkt Allgemeinbildende Schulen (Sekundarstufen I und II)
After an internship and a publishing traineeship in a specialist publisher for educational management, Ilsa Schäfer took on teaching assignments among other things in the training of teachers. Since 2011 she has been working in human resources management – among other things as an HR Manager - with a focus on recruiting. Between 2011 and 2014 and from 2017 until now, Ms. Schäfer has been working for LehrCare in the field of recruiting and research management.
Patrizio Lanzillotta
Recruitment Consultant Schwerpunkt Berufsbildende Schulen
After completing his commercial training and many years of professional experience, Mr. Lanzillotta works in the trainer and training staff. The focus was on developing the skills of the specialists and networking them across the region. He has been a recruiter at LehrCare since September 2021.
Celina Morell
Junior Recruiter
Celina Morell completed a commercial apprenticeship after graduating from high school. Due to her great interest in education, she then studied primary school education at the Free University of Berlin, specialising in special needs education. After graduating, she gained her first professional experience in both the educational and administrative fields. She has been supporting LehrCare as a Junior Recruiter since February 2024.

Lea Falkenthal studies Spanish and Political Sciences at the Free University of Berlin to become a teacher. Previously, she has already gained first professional experience in customer service. She has been supporting our recruiting team since April 2019.
