Our mission statement is our commitment.
Even though we as a company have to act according to economic aspects, we are still committed to democratic and liberal principles. We therefore work independently of political and religious ideologies.
We offer equal pay for equal work. Our employees also have flexible working hours and the opportunity to do about half of their work at home. Employees with children are given preference when it comes to holiday planning. LehrCare has also been a member of the company network "Erfolgsfaktor Familie" for over 10 years. We stand for a family-conscious and child-friendly employment policy.
Almost from the beginning, meaning for almost 15 years, LehrCare operates on green electricity.
We also print out as little as possible, switch off all devices completely after work, turn down the heating, buy organic food and reusable bottles for the office.
For business, we travel almost exclusively by bike, bus and train, because our environment is important to us.
We are committed to our clients and applicants alike by providing both sides with open, honest and transparent advice.
We want more than just short-term success. As a company and as educators, we have a dual interest in ensuring that education works well for everyone involved and that both sides are satisfied in the long term.
We do our best to use gender-conscious language.
This language is an expression of our self-image as a modern and tolerant company. We reject any form of discrimination based on ethnic and/or social origin, age, religion, gender and sexual orientation.
LehrCare has been socially engaged for many years.
We support private school associations as sustaining members, the German School Award with free advertising and regularly donate to social causes.
Some causes we support with donations include save-the-children and more recently the earthquake victims in Turkey.
