We are looking for a qualified and committed English-speaking teacher to teach Mathematics and Combined Science in our bilingual Secondary School, on a full-time or part-time basis.

Teacher of Mathematics and Combined Science in the Secondary School (m | f | d)

Start Date: 18 August 2025.

Your area of responsibility

• teaching Mathematics in Grades 5-12, plus Combined Science (Chemistry, Physics, Biology) in Grades 5-8
• focusing on student learning and development, extending and supporting as required in order to help students to reach their potential
• collaborating with Heads of Department and other teaching staff across the Secondary School and participating actively in conferences
• communicating with parents and guardians

The ideal candidate

• has a teaching qualification for Mathematics at Secondary School level and substantial teaching experience in Grades 5-12
• has knowledge of the IGCSE and IB Diploma Programme curricula in Mathematics
• is qualified to teach Natural Sciences in the lower Secondary School classes
• has experience with linguistically heterogeneous learning groups
• has English language skills at native-speaker level
• has good knowledge of German or is willing to learn the language
• has strong IT skills for effective use of our digital learning environment
• has personal qualities which motivate and inspire the students
