Dr. Jörg Köbke

Jörg Köbke studied German, Spanish and Education in Kiel, Madrid, Lille, Munich and Berlin, where he completed his teaching internship. After receiving his doctorate, he worked as an editor in various publishing companies as well as a teacher in adult education before he founded LehrCare in 2007.
Assistant to the Management
Petra Falkenthal studied German and social sciences in Aachen and Berlin. Among other things, she has long focused on administration and personnel management. Since July 2018 she has been working for Lehrcare as assistant to the management.
Senior Recruitment Consultant
After an internship and a publishing traineeship in a specialist publisher for educational management, Ilsa Schäfer took on teaching assignments among other things in the training of teachers. Since 2011 she has been working in human resources management – among other things as an HR Manager - with a focus on recruiting. Ms. Schäfer works for LehrCare in the field of recruiting and research management and represents the company in southern Germany.
As a Germanist and biologist, Ms. Zimmermann first went through a management career as a customer and complaints manager, then as an assistant to the management. In 2018 she successfully completed the retraining as a human resources service consultant. Since 2017 she has been responsible for applicant management and temporary employment at LehrCare.
After completing his commercial training and many years of professional experience, Mr. Lanzillotta works in the trainer and training staff. The focus was on developing the skills of the specialists and networking them across the region. He has been a recruiter at LehrCare since September 2021.
Studies Spanish and Political Sciences at the Free University of Berlin to become a teacher. Previously, she has already gained first professional experience in customer service. She has been supporting our recruiting team since April 2019.
Lena Reinke is currently studying for a master's degree in English and French at the Free University of Berlin. During her studies, she already gained a lot of teaching experience in schools and got first insights into the search for teachers. She has been supporting our recruiting team since July 2021.
