Both the children and young people as well as the teachers and staff can develop in the best possible way and fulfil their personal potential. This role focuses on fostering the positive development of primary students and ensuring a safe, secure, and inclusive environment for all. In collaboration with the Primary School Principal, you also supervise the Educator in Class (EiC) program.

The school offers you:

  • An attractive salary commensurate with the position
  • Company benefits including relocation fee, moving allowance, company pension scheme, supplementary health insurance, bike leasing and, if needed, financial subsidy for language courses, company laptop, enrollment at the school’s kindergarten free of charge for employees‘ children and as a monetary benefit at school (subject to availability and provided that the educational programme can accommodate specific, individual needs)
  • A permanent position initially limited to two years, by the option of a subsequent employment contract with an infinite duration
  • A dynamic and diverse workplace which continues to develop good education and learning practices
  • Excellent resources and a modern purpose-built facility that hosts a wide range of indoor classrooms and play spaces as well as a spacious, landscaped outdoor learning environment
  • Opportunities for professional growth in a globally connected environment

The school would like to hear from you:

  • A bachelor or master level degree in related subject areas such as Early Childhood Education, Child Care, Social Work or Social Pedagogy or a degree as State Approved Educator or Childhood Pedagogue according to the qualification ordinance of the state of Saxony
  • Leadership experience in the educational area
  • Structured and self-dependent working style
  • Strong communication and intercultural skills
  • Strong collaboration and team work skills
  • Enthusiasm and personal commitment to your job
  • Fluency in English and German
